Audit Consult M EOOD is a consulting and auditing firm founded in 2003 in Ruse, Bulgaria, registered with decision No. 82 of 27.01.2003 of the Ruse District Court in company case 26/2003. It is entered in the register of commercial companies under
No. 3650, volume 76, page 77.
The company is represented and managed by certified accountant Nataliya Mincheva Peneva - a registered auditor, a diploma No. 0582/2002, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Bulgaria, graduated in Accounting and Control in 2000 at the University of Economics - Varna. Actively participates in the organizational life of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants by visiting international conferences and other auditing practices in different countries.
